Long Hold Times Calling Disney?

On hold for just over 20 minutes with Disney regarding our reservation and thought I'd hop on here while waiting and ask if this is the new norm? Never had to wait this long.
Creeping up on 25 minutes, now.......

I've definitely had long waits in the past. Upwards of 30 minutes, for sure. We are international, so we try not to call often (so far we haven't had to call once planning our April trip).

I just called and was told longer than 30 minutes. I'm probably going to call back this evening, I've found wait times are significantly less then.

Same here...Good luck. I'm calling to pay the balance of my room...Eight more days!!
Never thought Disney would take such a long time in helping me part with my money

I give up...
Wanted to speak with a rep., but after a lousy day at work, my patience is zero. Main goal was to completed, as I paid the balance via automated, but still think 1/2 hour+ hold times are a bit unreasonable to speak to a person.

Ha. Currently on hold on well. The recording said upwards of 15 minutes. Im working on 6 minutes right now.

I always have to wait long. I try to avoid calling whenever I can.

I had to wait along time also. Almost 15 minutes. When I finally got someone, I could hardly understand them with their accent and really didn't seem to know very much. Call back later and took a different route and immediately had someone who was very friendly and helpful. Hmm....

In past years I've had long waits, but this year has been great. This month I've had to call 4 times (3 to make ADRS, 1 to book tours). The 3 calls to make ADRS I had no hold at all. The tour one was just over 5 minutes.

Called Monday night...45 minute wait. I did not have that kind of time so I emailed the IPO to get my question answered, but they are out of their minds.

On hold now, currently at 28 minutes and counting...I love "Grimm Grinning Ghosts" as much as the next guy but this is getting rough.

I called earlier (like 3:30p EST) and only waited about 10 minutes.

They told me it's because the "change reservation" option on the website has been down on and off for weeks. She said they're doing things to the online reservation system and sometimes it's working sometimes it's not, so more calls than usual.

I called Monday afternoon around 4pm about a pin code send only had a 3 minute wait.

I called twice this weekend, once in the afternoon and once in teh evening. LONG holds! I put them on speaker and kept busy, but the wait was longer than usual.
