What way do you recommend getting from the Long Beach Airport to Disneyland? There will be 5 of us. I know the cabs have a $45 flat rate, does anyone know if they can accommodate car seats or if they have car seats available for a 4 year old and 9 month old? In the past we've rented a car and done a one way rental, but it looks like those are $70+ for just one day. One person told me that DL does transfers from the airport but I haven't ever heard of that--is that info correct?

Hey send me a PM or email me at curtis@utwire.net. I'm not sure if you remember me but you picked up a Christmas ornament for me and delivered it to my mom's house in Holladay. So, when are you going to DL? We are trying to do a last minute trip this weekend. We have always flown into Long Beach and been picked up by Kim Sontha transportation (in a nice big SUV ;)). It has been $50 in the past (one way) but he has stopped by a grocery store and Costco for us as well. Highly recommend him.

We prefer to have a rental car so we can go to the store and eat at other restraunts outside of the park. Plus we always have to hit an Angels game when we can. We were able to get a standard size car a couple of weeks ago for our June trip through Priceline for $17/day. Our total with taxes and fees was $136.xx for 6 days.

A side note...that is the most I've ever paid for a PL rental from LGB. It's usually closer to $10-$13/day.

Thanks everyone. We're renting a car for our Sept DL trip and got a decent price through Hotwire, but we just need a ride to DL in Nov for a two day pre-cruise stay (we're doing DCL transfers from DL to the port).

Kathy, now that you mention it, I do remember you. That was a long time ago (2 kids ago). I'll pm you for the info.

HydroGuy, thanks for the reference to the other thread, I knew there was a superthread somewhere but just couldn't find it.
