Has anyone been to one here in Ontario? I was thinking about going to one on Sunday for my birthday?

Been to the one downtown (Toronto). Everyone in the family loves it.

We have been to their location in Richmond Hill a few times and think it's very good.

We've been to them at several locations & like it. The fajitas are good & the homemade chips. We always get the con queso for the chips (which someone who used to work there told me is just velveeta & salsa!) The last one I was at was the new YYZ airport location & it was nice.

Been to ones in Ottawa a d Kingston. No complaints. Good food and service!

I've been to the one in Kanata, the one in Ancaster and the one near the Toronto airport twice.

I've had fabulous meals all four times. I definitely recommend eating at Lone Star! I just wish they had one in the KW area.

The one in Pickering has had numerous health violations - just check the Durham website for current/past reports.

Haven't been to the new one in Whitby yet, but would like to try it out soon.

We have been to the one at 403 and 5 in Oakville a couple of times. A bit pricey but the food and service was excellent. I would go again.

Enjoyed some of those health violations in Pickering today. Whitby is good as well. Most of those health violations are BS to be honest. Have a read of them. Some places should be shut down, but a lot of those violations are for things you do in your own home.

They are one of the few restaurant chains that are peanut free! We always go there for extended family events since I have some relatives who are not only nuts but are allergic to them as well.

I guess I am the odd one out... I was not impressed with the atmosphere, service or food. I would not recommend it.

Lonestar is great. My Husband opened the Whitby location.
Highly recommend.

Mmmm fajitas! we are going tonight for dinner. We always take the fajitas although I've tried the quesidilla once and steak once. The Chips and salsa is really good too.

Hi again, we didn't bother going because my sister mentioned it is more of a Mexican restaurant than anything.We decided instead with Kelseys, we had a $25.00 gift card and DD works at Swiss Chalet so another 25% off. For a family of 5 + pop + a 50/50 appetizer it only came to $40.00.
