i'm very happy i live so close to london i went the other day it was beautiful i went to covent garden brought lunch and went to sit in hyde park the rest of the day in the sun. talking and watching all the boats in the lake it was very nice and relaxing

i go quite alot visit differents places each time it's very enjoyable specially when it's good weather

it's very easy to get there for me i'm right of one of the tube lines :goodvibes

if you could go london what would you visit?

If you went to visit yesterday, I was going to go to Covent Gardens but I woke up too late -_-

London is awesome, but I enjoy Greenwich so much more. Can't wait for the Greenwich Observation Wheel!

I'm queen of the tube, my naviagtion skills are just examplory. xD. Though i do admit to checking for dodgy characters ever since the bombing.

London is a 4 hour drive depending on traffic so day trips there are just out of the question. I do like it, i don't go a bundle on citites but London is charming. There are places you'd never find me wondering alone or in the dark. We had to take a detour through a back-alley at a decidely dodgy end (though my dad pointed out that a flat would cost more than our house despite that) and we (well i) practically sprinted to get out of it. I'm slightly paranoid i admit. I refuse to go on that gosh darned eye though.

The London Eye is fun :) Well from a photographer's point of view... I need to get back on it since everytime i've been on it, no camera!

I hate heights.
I cry on ferris wheels.
=]

My mum told me i'd have to sit in the garden underneath. That idea didn't thrill me. What if i got kidnapped?

I'm afraid of heights, but know that your in a closed space on that so i'm not really scared. I would be scared if it stopped and you had to get out O_o

I might go to London next Saturday, since i'm not doing anything. Just need to decide on what to do...

I just have images of our pod coming loose or the arms breaking, or a plane flying into it, or it just collapses into the Thames and it's bye bye life. Or i'll open the door and get sucked out accidently.

ok then...

You might not want to read Flood then...

I love London... I went for Spring Break.
GREAT SHOPPING!!

If I could go back, hmmm IDK what I'd see. Maybe I'd go to Buckingham Palice and just stare at the guards, because we didn't really do that.

I'm going there in July with my dance team i've never been before but i know were going to buckingham palace and on that farris wheel thing ive been to Paris before but allwe did was we saw the Effiel Tower and we went to a dance competition and went to a few museums nothing that exciting

I decided to bump this up with some photos I took today.

First we drove to the O2 Dome so we could that the train to Hyde Park.

Hyde Park isn't as good as Greenwich Park. They do have a cool memorial for the Canadians who came to Britain during the 2 World Wars.

(rubbish photo since it's too big...)

I did have a short 15 sec video of what was going on there, but I haven't uploaded it.

After, we went to the National Gallery for a short while (very awesome. We saw Sunflowers by Van Gogh!) And after, we went to Canary Wharf to eat at Chilli's

That's alot of photos (I believe 50)

OOOH, I was there, and there, and there... and I saw a bunch of ducks. I named one Winston. :D

I'll be visiting London sometime next fall! XD

I really want to see a show on the West End. The theatre geek in me just wants to see the differences (if any) between Broadway and the West End. :)

I LOVED London when I visted a few years ago. Thos pictures are great, and I would love to go again.

I went for 2 days (if you can call it that... Arrive 2pm Tuesday, Depart 3pm Wednesday) in Sept. 2007 with school. l Really enjoyed it but we missed LOTS, i'd love to visit again.

Thanks you guys :)

I'm hoping to go back to the National Gallery this week because it was so interesting, but we quickly walked through about 6 rooms in 15 mins because of time.

Gorgeous Pictures :)

London bores me now, probably because I live so close to it and have seen it too many times. But I like seeing London from a photographers perspective.
