As long as they don't have a plug, aren't used for recording, and don't go in a camera bag - I think you're good.

OK, so I had a thought. (I know, treat it gently). Those of us who signed up for the Buckingham Palace "Royal Day Out" tour for Sep. 2 at 10am... Well, since that's the day the ABD starts, I'm going to have to be checked out of my hotel before I head over to the Palace. Maybe you guys are staying at the ABD hotel for your pre-days? I'm not. I don't know that I can check into the ABD hotel at that hour. What the heck am I going to do with my luggage? And how am I going to get that all done & meet you by 10am? RATS! I can't believe I didn't think of this!

Cool! Thanks! Now all I have to do is make sure I get up early enough to be all packed, checked out, and to the ABD hotel in time to leave the luggage & then head out with you to Buckingham Palace! Luckily, they all aren't that far apart. It would probably be worth my while to just get a taxi...

I've sent off for the Ceremony of the Keys ticket, but seeing the Buckingham Palace package makes me want to buy a ticket even though I really don't have time to do that this trip!

Kevin - the glasses are yummy. I think eyewear can be considered a medical necessity, and therefore you are only doing the right thing by taking good care of yourself by getting them.

Ok, I am going to the post office after I sit through the bureaucracy of the DMV to renew my license plate.

I am going to mail my request for the 9/4 Ceremony of the Keys.

Edit: Not today. The local post office in my suburb of Chicago has not sold foreign postage in a long time. They can't get me any international reply coupons. So I'm going to check usps.com to find out how the heck to get tickets.
