You cannot post pictures as IMGs if the URL is a server command. The URL you posted starts with http://mine.icanhascheezburger.com/default.aspx ... The red part indicates that it isn't an image being referenced, but a server process that generates and delivers an image.

Here's the image... with the caption below instead of imposed on top (which is what the aspx actually does).
