We are staying 3 nights in a Beach Cottage at Vero next month with 12 people in our group. As an afterthought, we added 1 night before the other nights and we are paying cash. The BC wasn't available (plus was super expensive) so we booked 3 studios for that night.

So, our first night we stay in the studios on cash. We will have groceries which we purchased that day and we plan to split up the refrigerated stuff between the 3 mini-fridges. Check out is 11. Check in to the BC is at 4 - and I know from experience they are never ready early.

So, we have 12 people, their stuff and our food to deal with for 4 hours or so. I know bell services will hold our luggage - will they hold our food and keep the cold stuff refrigerated for us?

What are the chances of late check out in at least one of the studios? I know on points you can't do it, but since that is a cash night, maybe (fingers crossed) we could request late check out on 1 room, so we have the bathroom, TV, whatever - just in case we need it. I'm just picturing pouring rain or something that will make those 5 hours drag by.

When you get there talk to the manager. You should be able to arrange to keep one studio until the Cottage is ready. I think they also have cold storage so you should be fine every day.
