My flight lands at 8:35 AM and I will be using DME to Pop Century. I would like to make an early lunch reservation at Brown Derby at Hollywood Studios I'll have carry on (cooler) that I'll need to drop off at Pop if my room isn't ready at that early hour. I'll be using the bus from Pop to reach DHS.

Given those perameters, for what time would you make an ADR at Hollywood Studios?

I wouldn't book any earlier than 1PM, which is by no means an early lunch.

An 8:35 landing puts you at the ME desk at 9 depending on when you land. Assume 90 minutes to Pop, that's 10:30. Drop thing off, wait for bus. You might be to DHS by 11:30. Or your flight may be late and you won't be there until much later.

The HBD lounge is walk-in and serves lunch. I'd recommend that.

Thanks, I love the BDL but want to Try the TS with my 20% AP discount. It will be late January so I also would like to eat inside. I don't care for any of the QS indoor venues at DHS.

I totally agree with @_auroraborealis_ . I would not book an ADR earlier than 1:00 - 1:30. Travel delays are frequent and unpredictable

All you need is a flight that is delayed leaving, and boom, you're taxing around for 20 minutes waiting on a gate.

Thanks, I made a 1:00 ADR. My day will begin at 3:00 AM so I'll just grab a snack somewhere along the way.
