Login Request - Safari

Just started today, I'm getting a login request from the DIS Main Page which I eventually cancel out of three times that looks like this:

To view this page, you must log in to area “Restricted” on client-projects.com:443.

Anyone else having this issue?

I am getting it all over the place, like trying to look at items online at Target, Walmart, and Kohls.

I use Safari on a MacBook, so I am not used to these issues..... ugh.
