Logging each every time on DIS and computer trouble:Please Help

All of a sudden I have to log in everytime I want to post?

Also, I've been having trouble getting OUT of a website (all websites) my computer doesn't let me X out. Everything seems to freeze up and then it asks me if I want to send an error report. I have to click on the tab at the bottom to that site and close it out that way, but it takes forever.
Any suggestions?
I ran a spybot virus and nothing came up, this has been happening for about a week and it's not going away. I'm ready to
