Loews First Upgrade

According to the Loews First site you can be "Upgraded to Business Class room at time of reservation (if available)." Is this possible at RPH? Has this happened to anyone? If so what type of room would you receive? Just curious!

It really has a lot to do with the time of year you go and the hotel occupancy. If an upgrade is available its usually the next category up from the room you booked. Many people get the upgrade and I think they are happy to do it if/when they are available. Have Fun

We just got back and I did request an upgrade and went from Standard view to Waterview for $99/night. I was thrilled!
