Does anyone have an email address to send a complaint to regarding our recent Portofino stay? I did email through their "contact us" form on the website, but did not receive a response/acknowledgement.

They usually send a questionaire after your stay, and able to put your problems on it.
Did you not bring it to the managers attention when you where there, when we stayed a few years ago, we spoke to the manager and got it sorted there and then to our satisfaction
I just returned from a three-night stay at Portofino and will not stay there again. Just didn't feel the price was worth the stay and it wasn't "special" feeling. I also didn't like that there were not designated smoking areas and people were allowed to smoke anywhere outdoors. No place was safe. One night we moved tables four times in the harbor because smoke was blowing in our faces.
I did like the Keurig coffeemakers in the rooms though!
Paul LeClerc is the GM there. His email is pleclerc@loewshotels.com. We also had issues with our room in early Feb. I completed the survey and stated my problems and received a call from him, and the follow up correspondence via mail. He's a very nice guy.
