loews check in

Is ther a seperate check in line for loews members. What are the chances of getting upraded from a gardenview room?

I know there is a separate Loews check in at RPR - but we usually bypass it because it is the only one with a line.

I don't think there is one at HRH. I'm not absolutely positive, but I know we have never used it. Also, between the two HRH is much better at getting your Loews gift up to your room.

The HRH does have a separe Loews checkin, its just past the standard checking line, but we didn't use it as there was no one else checking in when we there last month

How is the Loew's check-in at HRH identified?

I've stayed there 5 different times, and never noticed it. Of course, there's never been more than 1 party ahead of me in line at check-in, so I've never actually LOOKED for it!. I'm leaving for another trip in two weeks, so I'll definitely look for it.

It's all the way to the left of the desk when checking in. The red guitar says Loew's.

i was just at HRH in july and used the separate check-in. i think i remember someone telling me that it was new so that may be why you hadn't noticed it before. though the person checking us in was very nice, i wish i would have gotten into the regular line. there were 2 employees checking in and they both had a guest in front of them. even though we were next, we stood in that line for a long time and watched the regular line move thru.

When we went to RPR in July we used the Loew's check-in line because there were a few guests on the regular line. It is located on the far right hand side of the front desk. Check-in went smooth and we got the room location we requested!
