I have had a loews card since the hard rock opened and when asked why I have not been upgraded and was making a rservation they told me my number was invalid.They have gave me a new number but no credit from old account.They told me I need to send them receipts of my other stays.I was ripped off and cant do anything about it since I dont save hotel receipts over time.
H anyone else had this happen to them?
