It started this week, right? I am interested in hearing about crowd level and character experiences. I'd love to see photos too!

Yes...this is a perk for Disney resort guests. Although it is marketed to the preschool set, anyone staying at a Disney resort may attend.

my mother and i went to the first one on sunday aug 26, and it was absolutely awesome. for both us big kids, and all the little kids. there were characters EVERYWHERE, playing with the kids and making their little faces light up. for us big kids, we went on every single ride in less than the hour (peter pan twice!), and were lined up to head over to the mountains before 9. i know it's geared for little kids, and they do a great job with that, i could tell just by observing. but even us big kids can enjoy it too :)

Yea! I'm so glad to hear this! We leave in 2 days and I a can't wait for my girls to experience LOEMH!

I can't wait for this!!! My sister is going on Friday, if they wake up on time. She missed it yesterday. We go on the 23rd, and I am looking forward to it more than free dining!! It just seems like it's going to be like a dream come true for my kids.

I had a dream last week that we over slept and missed it, i think I woke up with a tear in my eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's LOEMH? I'm guess the EMH part stands for Extra Magical Hours, but what's the rest of it?

I'm glad to hear this! We'll be there next week with a 5 year old and a 2 year old. Sounds like they will have so much fun!!

Can someone tell me if this is every day or just certain days of the week? And what time? We'll be arriving at WDW on Monday and have three little ones that would love this.

Does anyone know if Ariel's Grotto is open during this time, or what time it does open on those days and regular days?:goodvibes

What characters were out? Just curious. Thanks!!!:)

Sounds great - I can't wait! We will go our first day in the parks :thumbsup2

i saw alice, peter pan, captain hook, winnie the pooh, tigger, chip & dale, mary poppins, stitch, minnie, daisy, maybe more that aren't coming to me right now!

it was just so precious, lots of duck duck goose goings on, alice and peter were running around, mary poppins seemed to be off by herself for a while over by the pooh ride, then when the kids noticed her, they were playing games. chip & dale went on the carousel with us. stitch came into the line for dumbo. overall just very interactive. and not crowded. nobody was left out. and there were virtually no lines for the rides. i just can't say enough about this.

I wonder if I can go without any little ones, because after all, aren't we all children at heart at Disney??:goodvibes

what time does LOEMH start? Is it 1 hour prior to opening? What if there is regular EMH?

you most definitely can! i'm 26 and my mom is, well, older than that! and we had a great time being kids at heart :)

yup, i hour prior to park opening. i'm not sure, but i don't think they would have regular emh the same day as loemh.

I can NOT wait to go to this with my kids! I'm definately more excited than they are!
