locking checked suitcases??

Can you lock your suitcases that you check in at the cruise terminal? Or is it like the airlines?

It would probably just be easiest to put the cable ties that the airlines approve of before you fly and just leave them on.

I also carry a tiny pair of baby fingernail clippers and extra zip ties in my carry on in case I need to get something from the checked luggage before it's checked.

Like in September and we went to check our Mickey duffle and I remembered our sweat shirts were in there. I had to "break in" and get them as we were flying from sunny, warm Orlando to cold, dreary Ohio!!!
