Here is all information I have on lockers:
$7.00 a day at any park, and you get back $2.00 when you return the key. If you go to another park the same day, save your receipt and you'll only give the $2.00 deposit and you get that back again after returning the key. Since you are the key holder, you can go in and out of the locker all day at no extra charge. The lockers are different sizes, so choose the best fit.
It's rare to have every single locker full, but it is likely to happen at some point during the week between Christmas and New Years, simply because people come into the parks and stay there, fearing that they will close at capacity.
You can't "hang" a shirt up in them but if you fold everything neatly you'll be able to get a ton of stuff in them. They are pretty good size if you are smart in the way you pack them. We're able to get a COMPLETELY FULL backpack and then small cooler in it when we go.
TIP: Lockers are cleared out daily after park closing!

Lockers are not available at Downtown Disney or on the boardwalk.
