yes there are lockers and you keep the key while in the park on a band that can fit around your wrist. Are they secure? I think if someone really wanted to get in to one they could but there are usually many people around the locker areas at any given time so a real thief would have to break in in front of everyone. I think the only danger is if someone leaves their locker without actually locking it and someone accidently "stumbles" upon it. They might find something in it they would like to take.
