I have 6 months to try to learn as much about US/IOA as I can!

I keep reading/hearing about having to use lockers for personal items at US/IOA. That bags can't be taken on the rides. And I heard that these lockers can be a bit time consuming.

What's the deal with the lockers? Can you really not take anything on some of the rides?

I am one of those blind-as-a-bat-without-my-glasses people, and the thought of having to leave my purse (with my removed glasses in it) in a locker terrifies me! I think I'll get lost! LOL

There are some rides that do not allow loose articles. A small fanny pack that does not impede the restraints should be fine. Well-fitting glasses should also be fine, or get a strap if unsure. The rides with lockers for this purpose are Forbidden Journey, Dragon Challenge, Hulk, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Revenge of the Mummy, and Men in Black.

Like the person above me stated, only a few attractions require lockers. Honestly, the one that really gets full are the Harry Potter but they are not that time consuming as people may think.

No matter what, don't leave your glasses in your purse in a locker! If your vision is that bad, you won't be able to see the line, and if there's a ride stop and evacuation you want to be able to see!
