Lockers at MK

I've found lots of useful information on these boards about the lockers available at MK (located under the train station) but I'm curious as to how hard lockers are to get.

Do you have to arrive at the park as soon as they open to get one? or, are there lots of them that really aren't used very much?

We're hoping to store lots of the kid supplies in there rather than lugging them around all day.

We use the lockers at ALL the parks... very handy.

Like anything else, if the parks are VERY BUSY you should rent one as early in the day as possible (especially if you want a "Large" locker.)

We have never NOT gotten a locker (as folks who have rented lockers do LEAVE during the day) but I have had to settle for a "smaller" locker if the park is busy and we have entered closer to noon.

Remember, you only pay to rent a locker ONCE each day with "transfer privileges" to lockers in any other park on that same day.
You will be charged a $2 key-ransom (deposit) which will be refunded after you turn in your key.

Then, each time you transfer to a locker at another park (make sure you keep your original locker receipt each day) you will only need to pay the refundable key-ransom.

I think we'll be getting to the parks reasonably early and since it's a relatively "quiet" season, we will hopefully be OK. The only difficult park will be Epcot since we will be doing an afternoon there but we'll keep our fingers crossed.

Don't sweat it... Epcot has a LOT of lockers.

MGM and AK seem to have the fewest (I don't know why.)
