Locker Rental Questions

Our dance team will be performing in the MK on Wednesday, November 23. My two girls will have their one garment bag with both costumes and their shoes. After they perform, they will change clothes and the parents will meet them in Frontierland. So, they will have the garment bag and shoes with them. I'm trying to decide what to do with their dance stuff. I certainly don't want to lug around that heavy bag all evening. The options I have come up with: rent a locker and take the stuff to it after dancing, return to POR to put dance stuff away and then back to MK, use MK parking and return dance stuff to truck after dancing. I think the locker is the best idea. So, my questions:

1. Do you think the lockers are my best options?
2. How much are locker rentals?
3. We will be staying for EMH that night and won't get back to the lockers until around 1:00 am. Will that be a problem?

I would rent the locker, I think it would all fit but you will need to be able to fold it up. Would that wrinkle the costumes?

I would rent it early in the day though so you be sure to get one and use it later when you need it.

I also read about the area being refurbed so maybe some one else can let you know about that.

After I drop the girls off at Fantasia Gardens (our meeting point with Disney), I am heading to MK for some time alone! I plan on renting the locker as soon as I arrive. The bag can be folded easily. Our costumes are made of a heavy stretch velvet and they don't wrinkle. I do think the locker will be the best idea. Anyone else?

The lockers at MK are great. They cost $7.00 and they return $2.00 when you give back the key. You can go to your locker any time you want. I know they are refurbishing the station, but we had access to the lockers when we were there in August. I doubt that they would close off the are completely. Lockers are essential!!! We would leave a cooler bag full of beverages and frozen water and juice boxes. It was a lifesaver and also helped with the pocketbook. Well worth the $5.00 it will cost you. Plus, imagine how time-consuming it is to return to the hotel to bring the costumes. Our time is worth more than the $5.00 for the locker.
