Lock off or Dedicated one- bedroom at the BCVs

One-bedroom, lock-off or dedicated? How do I know which one I got or will get? Or is it something I need to request, is it something I should request?

You won't know if it's a dedicated or lock-off until you enter the room. You could request either, but there's no guarantee that the room assigner knows what room numbers are dedicated and which are lock-offs.

Ok, its no big deal I suppose. I just started thinking about it and wondered if some preferred one over the other.

The lockoff door at BCV is near the entrance to the villa. It won't disturb you at all. Other than that door, there is no difference in one bedrooms. There are only 20 dedicated one bedroom villas. There are 74 lockoffs.

Agreed - BCV has the most unobtrusive lock-off of any of the DVC resorts. I wouldn't worry about it.
