locations to purchase AP & DDE

Hi,

Decided to wait until May to purchase our AP's at Disney. Can we get our AP and DDE at the rear entrance to Epcot? I know people have said for the DDE they will fax confirmation to your hotel to use until card is received...that is fine. We are staying at BWV for this trip and want a close location for p/u of AP's & DDE.

Yes, you can get your AP at the IG to Epcot. But I believe the only way to get the DDE card is by calling, and they are only open Mon - Fri. So, if you are arriving on the weekend, you would need to wait until Monday.

Not anymore. First, you can only order DDE by phone after you have either your AP or an AP voucher in hand. As Carol stated, they are only open Mon through Fri from 9 to 5.

They will no longer email or fax any confirmations. If you order in advance, you will get a letter in the mail that will serve as your temporary ID in a couple of weeks. If you order it too close to your trip or while you are actually at WDW, you will have to go in person to the Epcot Guest Relations window to the right of the front entrance of Epcot to pick up the letter before you can start using the discount. You cannot get it at the IG.

Thanks for all the good advise. I called DDE today and they said that since we are arriving on a Friday we can pick up our AP's( at IG Epcot) ...then call them and the temporary card will be ready for P/U at 5:30 front entrance to Epcot.

I also talked with DDE today and was told the same things....
