Location request for Saratoga Springs

How do you make a location request? We are not members but have a reservation at Saratoga Springs in August through a friend. We would like to stay near the main pool in the Springs section. Do we request the location when we check in or can we call? Any advice would be helpful.

You would have the person you got the reservation through call member services and make that request. Hopefully it is more than a week away so you will actually be able to make a request. Usually requests are filled as made, and most make their requests when they book.
