Location of Miniture Golf?

I have tickets for the family to play mini-golf on vacation and was wondering where the mini-golf courses are located at disney.

Fantasia Garden is across from the Swan and Dolphin and is not too long a walk from the Boardwalk. Winterland Summerland is in the parking lot of Blizzard Beach.

And if you play yourselves out at those, Pirates Cove is not far away (right near the Crossroads shopping area).
