Location of Cafe Rix at CSR

Can anyone tell me where Cafe Rix is located at CSR? Is it near the Pepper Market?

Cafe Rix is just on the left as you walk down from the main enterance towards the Pepper Market. You can't miss it!!

It was much easier for refilling mugs than the Pepper Market too
