I will be in SoCal visiting my family the Thanksgiving weekend. I have the option of going to Disneyland on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.....
i know they will ALL be crowded but what would be the best of those days to go? I was kind of thinking Sunday, im thinking more people will be flying back home that day maybe... im sure it will still be jammmmmmm packed, but im just trying to make the best of my ONE day...
any and all advice is appreciated !

Well, you might actually be better off going on Saturday. I see your thinking about people flying back home on Sunday, but the thing with DL is that it is filled with locals. Sunday is not a blackout day for annual passholders, and being that it's a holiday weekend, AP holders might want to go. Thus, Sunday good be quite packed. Good luck!

P.S. Go as early in the day as possible - this always helps with crowds!

I agree with KrazyKat. I would go saturday since all APs (except premium, of course) are blocked out that day. Whatever day you decide on just make sure you get there at park opening. Even on the most crowded days you will get several hours of low crowds first thing in the morning and don't forget to use FP as much as possible! Have fun!

I too agree with KrazyKat, go Saturday. I'm hoping Saturday is less busy then Friday or Sunday, but I'm not counting on it. :) We are just going to see shows and get a lot of FPs to use. :)

I thank you all ! i think you just sealed the deal. Its fate actually.... i am planning on proposing to my GF and saturday is actually our 6th anniversary ! So Saturday it is !! Thanks for all of your Help !!

OMG!!!! How exciting!!!!!! My BFF was proposed to at the Wishing Well, she loved it!!! I want to be proposed to on the Storybook Canals until the Aladdin arches at night when they are lit up. :) So there's a couple thoughts for you to ponder. ;) You must come back and tell us all about it!!! PLEASE!!! :)

Thanks for all the help everyone !! We went on Saturday and we had the best time ever. I proposed to her in front of the castle and she did say yes , so i am now officially engaged ! I did it early in the day , and she loved showing the ring to all the cast members and other guests we spoke to. We dont get to go to Disney as often as we like now that we are living in AZ, so we wanted to make the most of our day and we succeeded ! We were there from open to close, 8am until 12 midnight and we were SO BEAT at the end of the day, i have muscles that are soar i didnt even know i had!! The crowds were GREAT Saturday, i was expecting far far worse. It was still crowded i guess, it was a Holiday weekend, but i was picturing it a lot worse. we never waited more than about 20-25 minutes in a line, and even that was only a few times. We were planning on only going to Disneyland, we didnt want to spend the extra money on the one day park hopper, but we didnt have to , my sister who works at House of Blues in downtown Disney actually was able to score 2 free park hopper tickets for us !! so not only was it Free, but we got to go to DCA also !!!! We also ate at Steakhouse 55 for dinner and it was SUCH a great meal, the Steak was SOOOOO good, well worth every penny. I have not been too impressed with Disneyland food before, but this was GREAT. plus we only had to jump on the monorail to get there !! ALL in ALL a PERFECT DAY at the Happiest Place on Earth !!! THANKS AGAIN !!!

Oooo, congrats!!!!! It really sounded like a magical day for you two!! I wish you the best! :)

Awww, YAY!

Congrats!

Awwwww what a wonderful wonderful day!!!! How fun!!!!! Congrats to you both! :) I was there Saturday, thought the crowds were very low for the holiday weekend. :)
