The geoduck is mollusc native to the Pacific Northwest. The geoduck (pronounced "GOO-ee-duck") is the largest burrowing clam in the world, weighing in at anywhere from one to three pounds at maturity. The appearance of geoduck's large, protruding siphon has led to the belief that the geoduck has the properties of an aphrodisiac. Gee, I guess if we can't send any edibles then I'll have to leave the Arkansas catfish out. However, Arkansas does have the only public diamond mine in the world. Maybe I can go digging for diamonds for my exchange.

Other then Chuck's BBQ sauce, we'll stick to store bought like items.
But you could make that on monday for Labor Day Michelle. Invite your friends and family over for a bbq.

*Sigh* Okay, Patsy, no wild game through the mail...but I was hoping to make room for all the shredded zucchini I plan on freezing from my garden to use to make zucchini bread this winter! Oh well, guess I will have to stick with all the cute and fun holiday things I have been shopping for here in town.
