i live in Central NJ and right now the cheapest rate by me is $3.09. prices skyrocketed over night. I can't remember when it was under $2.00. In some areas, they are running out of gas.

I live just outside of St. Johns,yesterday gas was $1.17/l. Apparently it is suppose to increase by $.02 over the weekend and by the end of next week up another $.10. St. johns gas is several cents more.

I got in the loooooooooooooong lineup yesterday for gas at 97.9/litre...today he is $1.19 (in Bobcaygeon, Ont.)

Two Petrocan stations in Oakville, within 2 miles apart, at 1 pm this afternoon are at 1.13/l and 1.26/l and yesterday afternoon they were at 1.02/l. That is criminal!!!

A few stations were still at .97 this morning, while a few were up to $1.14. Last night our neighborhood 7-Eleven ran out of gas. There must have been about a 30 car line up from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.

ok, what I don't get is that the price per barrel has gone down, but the price at the pumps has gone up 30%... overnight!

In Port Hope Wed morning got gas for 93.1 cents per litre. It is now 1.24 dollars per litre. Here are the most recent prices for the areas that I teach in:

Port Hope/Cobourg 1.24 Per Litre
Peterborough 1.22 Per Litre
Bowmanville 1.16 Per Litre
Highway 115 (orono area) 1.04 Per Litre

I have already put on 1200 kms this week and will put on 450 more tomorrow, Yippee!
