Lobster buffets

Has anyone ever been to the Lobster buffets on I-Drive? I think one is called Boston Lobster. Was it worth it?

We have been there twice actually. It is called the Boston Lobster Feast and it is well worth the money. DH got to chatting with the owner and he is from our area (Eastern Shore Maryland) he said most people dont eat the blue crabs and asked where we were from. It is typical all you can eat seafood buffet. Not overly fancy but the food is hot and good. At least it was the 2 tmes we went after visiting that other park. It is located in the Florida Mall where Sand Lake Drive crosses over Orange Blossum Trail. Have and and I hope you enjoy. A local working at IOA recommended the place to us and we always eat there if we leave Disney.

Well I guess if you are used to having Maine lobsters then I wouldn't waste your money. We are from Maine and we stopped there a few years back and it was the worst lobster you could ever imagine. They were split down the middle and I believe they had been previously frozen then boiled and they were BAD!!! I really don't remember much else about the other seafood on the buffet as we were interested in the lobster. It sure wasn't worth the money to stop there....even those Florida lobsters were better than what we got there. They actually knew we were from Maine so they wanted to know what we thought of them. We tried to be nice and just said they were pretty good but they really weren't. Don't waste your money!

I guess I better add that we have not been there in over 5 years. Sounds like the place has gotten bad from the last poster. I thought middle of the road buffett. Would not make a special trip but in the area ok. Now I am a little afraid to ever go back there.
