Lnyx bus transportation/

I need to get from Mco, to Homewood suites by hilton near universal. Then from universal to pop century. Is there a way to really take the public bus, without having to make many transfers, and is it convenient, for travelers. We will be arriving at the airport around 10 am. We will have maybe 2 bags. It will be just my son 12, and I. What do you all think? Otherwise. The transportation will cost 70 dollars. The way I think is this. If I can save the money, I would like to. TIA.

I don't know if the Lynx system goes out to MCO. Even if it does, it could get convoluted to say the least. I would feel fine about taking it from TTC to SW but no further. Orlando, just like any other big city, has areas you just don't want to be lost in.
I would book a towncar or Mears to get me from place to place. Or, rent a car.

Among other things, there's a routing option - you enter your start and destination, then choose something from like "fewest transfers" or "shortest time" or "least walking".
It will NOT be convenient - if there is bus service at MCO, you will most likely have to take it to downtown Orlando and change buses there. In addition, they may not allow luggage.

They do allow luggage. I took my two girls on the Lyxn to both the Titanic Exhibit and another day, to Belz Outlet Mall. The experiance was vry easy, safe and cheap!! The drivers were very considerate, and helpful. I seen people on with luggage, and backpacks. One fellow even brought his bike on with on board.

Back when I was planning our 2001 trip, there had been posters that used Lynx. I don't know if the archives would go back that far, but you can also
e mail Lynx and ask them about the routes, transfers and costs.
