LMTC panic

I need you guys to reassure me about LMTC cause it's feeling like a scam at this point. I ordered tickets Monday evening and have yet to get the tickets (it's Friday). I have called a number of times, Wednesday night they said I would get them soon. Yesterday said someone would call back but my dh left his work number and the call back didn't happen till after he left. Today I was on hold for 100 minutes then had to hang up to go somewhere. DH called, was on hold an hour and then disconnected. He called back, another hour on hold, was told they don't have the voucher numbers yet but will definitely email them before the date we gave. We're leaving very early Monday morning and planning to use the tickets that day. You guys have any advice on when I might get the email?

I have used them many time for hotel rooms and never had an issue. That is weird about their phones though. Usually there is not much of a wait at all to speak with someone. Maybe they had some glitch happen, and that is why things are no crazy.

That is so frustrating! I have to think if your experience was typical, we'd be hearing a lot about it on this boards. I sure hope you get your tickets emailed soon.

Update -- I got what I thought was an identical to the first confirmation email yesterday. On close inspection this morning it includes a confirmation starting DOLY and then a bunch of numbers. Do you all think that's a Disney number? Still no email with eticktets...

I was planning to buy from there for our trip in a couple of weeks, but I'll just go with DL website. Not worth saving $100.

I wonder if the Disney system is having trouble connecting with external systems. My orbitz reservation from Tuesday hasn't made it to their system yet.

I need to call. I was trying to be patient since our travel date is 11/21 and was hoping that maybe I had not received them since I purchased so far out. I'll have to try to call and let you all know how it goes

Update - I called and got right through. They said my purchase had been confirmed and that I will receive a separate email in a week. I am supposed to call back if not. They were very friendly and helpful - will still feel better when I get the etickets.

So glad to hear you got right through. I'm going to call again tomorrow... I'm feeling a little better thinking I might have the Disney confirmation number, but still not happy with the experience!

For those playing along at home I just called again... they say that Disney won't issue the etickets but that I should take the confirmation number I was sent to the will call window and my tickets will be issued. LMTC says they sent an email explaining this but I didn't get that and it isn't in spam. Fingers crossed that this works tomorrow!!

I wouldn't use them after reading this post. Seems to iffy try getawaytoday next time. They are some times better then Disney them selves. Thanks for the post. It can save a lot of us hassle
