Great news! We went up to a ticket window and they typed in the number. They said the travel agency name was listed as the name on both tickets but the supervisor fixed it within minutes and we were off into the park. All's well that ends well I guess, but overall I was disappointed in LMTC.

That is too bad. We used Last Minute Travel for our tickets without any problem at all. I had the confirmation email in less than 12 hours.

A number with DOLY is a Disney ticket confirmation number.
You can enter that into the My Disney experience app too
You take that number to the Will call windows at the park entrances and present that number to get your hard ticket.

Me too. I saved a lot of money with them last time and just printed out my tickets and took them right to the gates. I hope this is not a lasting trend with them. I was planning on using them again, but I'm not a fan of will-call.

It depends on the actual type of tickets you purchased, but generally discounted tickets are either not upgradeable or you must pay the difference between the discount and the actual price before upgrading.

I got mine today one week after calling customer service - so two weeks total from my order date. They did send them when they said per my customer service phone call. Our trip is not until November so we are good.
