Can I ask what email address it came from? I'm having a heck of a time reaching someone for a refund.Just got a pdf of the voucher and it had a 2021 expiration date. Darn!

Just an update and plug for Kalia -- I heard back from her today that my refund is in flight and I should see it back in 7-10 days. So I'm not considering this closed until I see the $$ back, but good signs that it's progressing.

I used this email today and received a response in just a couple hours. The hotel beds response was to Kalia and me, telling Kalia that they've canceled my vouchers on their end and asking Kalia to please do the refund. I thought the details might be of interest to anyone else in a similar situation.OK SO HERE IS THE UPDATE. I WAS GIVEN THE EMAIL INCORRECTLY PLEASE SEE BELOW THE CORRECTED EMAIL.
