LMT Tickets and Max Pass

Hi All,

I have been following the main MaxPass thread and know that there was some discussion about whether or not you'd be able to add MP to tickets bought through LMT. I tried to follow in the thread, but it didn't look like anything had been confirmed yet (or I got lost in all the other posts!).

Can anyone confirm that you can scan LMT tickets into the app and then add MP to them (once inside the parks)? I am planning a trip for November and am just wondering if the LMT tickets will be worth it because we plan to buy MP.

Oh, one other aside, do you need to present your passport (travelling from Canada) on your first day entering the park?

So far, all evidence and reports support LMT tickets working with MP. You have to go through the turnstiles first and exchange the vouchers for a paper ticket. After that, scan the ticket into your app. Then you will be given the option to purchase MP for that ticket. No one has reported that this isn't possible.

Ok, so you just can't scan them into the app ahead of time. I'm assuming it only took a few moments to take care of that and adding MP when you arrived?

I didn't try scanning my LMTClub tickets into the app, but I wasn't interested in buying MaxPass until I got into the park anyway. It took about 30 seconds once we got to Main Street.
