LMT - Car Rental

Hi - Not sure if this is the right forum - but wanted to see if anyone has used LMT for the car rental services? I've purchased tickets through them for DL with no issues. However, I am looking at a car rental (great deal) and noticed there are alot of reviews online that talk about issues with the hotels and car rentals / bait & switch, etc. Hoping that some here have experience & can alleviate my nerves / questioning using them for more than the DL tickets.

I have not used LMT for car rental, but Costco seems to have some of the best rates. So if you are a Costco member, I would check there.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I do not have a Costco membership, but have thought of getting one - it's good to know of other benefits like this!

Have you checked Mousesavers.com for any car rental deals or coupons?

I've always found that AAA has the best car rental deals if you're a member.

If you do go AAA, always remember to check back on their website frequently. I've got an 8 day rental (starting TODAY, Yippee, I'm going to DISNEYLAND!) and between when I made the reservation in late Feb and mid March the price dropped a total of $50.00. There were two rate drops and I called Hertz both times and got a credit back to my card. I'm also paying the same price for an 'airport' rental at ONT that I would have paid for an 'offsite' rental about 2 miles away.

Have not used LMTclub for cars but have used them for hotels (and tix) and have never had a problem.
