For our last day at the parks, we got up bright and early for AM Extra Magic Hours at Hollywood Studios.

I decided to take a picture of the closet doors... because they're cool.

We participated in the mad rush to Toy Story Mania.

His eyes look demonic.

DSC_2554 by vshingl, on Flickr

Doesn't look crowded? That's because everyone is inside, now...

Rockin' Rollercoaster was down, so we hit up Tower of Terror first.

I posted this picture on Facebook. It got 6 likes.

Rockin' Rollercoaster was open for business, again -

Rachel posted a picture of this wait time on Facebook. Caption - "This is why I love Disney World"

We had been "gifted" a Fastpass to Lights, Motors, Action, so we decided to go use that. Rachel and my parents hadn't seen the show in a few trips.

Rachel got ice cream before the show. It's mandatory that she eat at least one Mickey Mouse ice cream bar every time she visits Disney.

Because I had seen the show earlier that week, I now had an advantage photographing it. That, and I remembered most all of the answers to the pre-show trivia, which I answered aloud so that everyone around me would think I'm a car movie trivia genius.

My timing was off - still missed the red car jump!

DSC_2565 by vshingl, on Flickr

Got these guys, though -

DSC_2569 by vshingl, on Flickr

Something I had never seen before - the driver of the backwards hero car was a girl!

DSC_2571 by vshingl, on Flickr

See? I wish that she was driving when Max was there - he's all about [jokingly] putting girls in their place.

DSC_2573 by vshingl, on Flickr

Thanks for pointing out Lightning McQueen, guy in front of me...

DSC_2574 by vshingl, on Flickr

Spy car...

I'm still a little late on the jump...

We ate at the first place we saw -

DSC_2603 by vshingl, on Flickr

The food was really good. I ate a sandwich, can't quite remember what. It was a nice place to go to get away from theme park crowds, as well as the heat.

Where we'll be staying the next time we visit! They had some sort of event set up on the beach...

After lunch, we headed to Epcot because Mom had been wanting to pick up a lipstick case from the China Pavilion. She had gotten one there years ago. I had my doubts that they'd still be there, but I was wrong!

I got a frozen banana, and those things are a pain in the butt to eat!

We headed back to the resort, me periodically stopping to munch my banana. So annoying. Never again!

Can you spot our room? Here's a clue - there's a tiger paw in the window!

Rach and I hit the beach.

DSC_2634 by vshingl, on Flickr

We headed for a hammock on the far side, and as we were walking over there, this little kid races in front of Rachel and hops in the hammock before her. His two siblings then come and join him... and they fight. Scream. And fight. MORE OBNOXIOUS CHILDREN!!! Rachel stood there, waiting for them to leave the hammock. I walked up to Sunset Point. In the meantime, another hammock opened up. And finally, the dad of the brats came to get them.

Next up: Magic Kingdom!

DSC_2654 by vshingl, on Flickr

First, we went shopping for ear hats. We needed to purchase Rachel's graduation ear hat and have her name embroidered on it. Also, she wanted to pick up an ear hat for her boyfriend, Alec. And I figured - what the heck, I'll get ear hats for Max and me, as well!

The make-your-own ear hat store was out of grad hats, so we went across the street to the Emporium. I picked out Mickey Pants/Donald Pants hats for Max and myself (Donald is Max's favorite character because "He don't take no [stish] from nobody!"). Rachel was jealous of the cute hats I had chosen, and decided she wanted princess Mickey ears for herself.

We took the ears across the street to get them embroidered. Rachel decided not to get the princess Mickey ears embroidered, since she was getting the grad ones with her name on them.

DSC_2655 by vshingl, on Flickr

These treats are sooooo cute!

DSC_2656 by vshingl, on Flickr

After we dropped off our Mickey ears, we headed to Tomorrowland to ride one of our faves, the PeopleMover.

Blur city.

DSC_2658 by vshingl, on Flickr

Weird twilight focus.

Train!

The princess in her ears!
