LLMP planning for 2 parties

I have a friend staying at CSR with her husband and kids. Her parents are in a separate room at CSR (they are going early for a conference). They all have 1 day MK tickets. My friend is the only one with MDE account. She wants to purchase LLMP and will list everyone as Friends on her account. But she still has to enter her parents room confirmation number and ticket codes, right? I believe they have already purchased their tickets.

We just planned with friends and did not have to enter their room confirmation or ticket information. All we had to do was add them as friends and make sure they checked the box that allows us to plan for them too when they accepted the request. Your friend can do that ahead of time and see if she can book for her parents (but wont be allowed to go through with the purchase) so she knows she can do it on the day of actual booking.

If your friend is the only one with an MDE account, I assume that means her parents don’t have one, right? In that case, yes, she’ll need to link her parents’ room confirmation number and their tickets to their profiles in her F&F list. In the MDE app, tap the 3 lines lower right, then under My Visit tap Hotel Reservations. That opens a page where she can enter their resort confirmation number and link their two profiles to that reservation, and she can link their tickets via that page too. It’s the same process as linking her own resort reservation and tickets.

If her parents do have an MDE account, they should link resort and tickets to their MDE. Then linking her MDE F&F to their MDE will automatically allow her to book LLs, ADRs, etc. that include them.
