LLMP modification and time overlaps

I’m sure this question has been asked and answered elsewhere but couldn’t find it in my search.

I have attempted to modify several LLMP reservations for my upcoming trip. It will show an earliest time available but when I click on it, it bumps me down to a much later time. I get that it works around previous reservations but the overlap is often only within 15 minutes or even less. Like say I have Space from 9:15-10:15 and I want to reserve Buzz for 10:00 it won’t let me. Clearly I can do both. It’s frustrating to not be able to override this. Is this how the system is intended? Or am I doing something wrong? I’m guessing it’s to maximize the LL’s availability.

Do you have anything else in your calendar? ADR's? things you've marked that you want to be aware of during your trip? Those things affect the times you can book LL's. There is some overlap allowed when modifying LL's but off hand, I'm not sure of the specific overlap time allowed. In your example I would believe you should be allowed a 15 min overlap.

No ADR. I did set up preferences for attractions under “my day.” That can’t be it though can it?

It could be that someone else is also modifying, and they snagged the current time slot you were trying to snag which pushes your time selected later for the attraction.

That’s what I originally thought but it’s not that because when I go back out it’s still there.

It’s not liking the overlap in times. I can’t understand why others are not experiencing this though.

Ah ok. So it seems like there is little flexibility built in on the pre-book side. I should have done my modifications during the initial booking. I was more focused on just getting the ones I wanted quickly and within the general timeframes thinking I could go back later and fiddle with it. This is really my only complaint with this system. I hope they change this in future releases.
