LL when part of party ids not at the park yet

My husband and I get in the day before the rest of our party. We plan to do AK in the am and MK in the afternoon. I want to make LL selections for all of us, but they won’t be in the parks until midafternoon. Is there a way to use/redeem their morning LL so that I can continue to make other selections for all of us later in the day? We only have 4 days so trying to fit in as much as possible.

No way. They must scan themselves into the park which requires their fingerprint. Until they do that, their LLs cannot be redeemed.

Agreed - you can't do that. However, you could buy AK LLMPs for the part of your group heading to AK in the morning, and buy MK LLMPs for the other part of your group in the afternoon. You might be challenged to match up the MK times if you do that, but it might work. Of course, that's assuming the 'late' part of your group isn't hoping to enjoy time at AK, too.

Thanks to you both, that helps with planning which parks to go to that day. I’m going to rework my plan, we won’t get much done at MK in the evening without LLs or waiting in long lines.

Another option, the two of you could go to AK in the morning without LLs and instead make all your LL reservations that day in the MK park with the rest of your party for when you meet up. That would give you at least 3 rides with your party. Additional LLs will depend on availability in MK once the first LLs are used.

Plus you can do individual lightning lane for FOP at AK for your morning there.
