LL/Two types of Tickets/Two reservations

HI! I was reading about Lighting lanes and someone had two separate tickets one 2 day for a package and one single day hopper. They had trouble booking lighting lane for all 3 days since the system only took into account the 2 day package ticket and not the single. So they have to wait for the 3 day prior for the single day. Sooooo here's where my question comes in.

Here are the facts:
I am a DVC member so I do room only. I am getting the 3 day 3 park ticket. I also have a one day comp ticket for MK so we will be able to do all 4 parks. We are also doing a split stay for the same resort and same room (two dvc memberships) and hoping to link them. 1st reservation is 7-11 2nd reservation is 11-15. MK will be on the 11th and the 3 day 3 park will be 9, 10, and 13.

I only want LL for the MK day on the 11 and the HS on the 13th. Will I run into the same problem of not being able to book my LL 7 days ahead and will need to wait until 3 days for one of the tickets? Since I have a split stay will is be 7 days before the 7 and 7 days before the 11? I just don't want to be surprised day of. Hope this made sense.

If you have a WDW room reservation and you have enough ticket 'days' in your MDE account, you should be able to book the LLMP/SP you need at 7 days. If you have consecutive split stay reservations (whether they're linked or not), you should be able to purchase all 4 days (9,10,11, and 13) throughout your entire stay, 7 days in advance of your initial check-in day.
