LL strategy spring break?

Traveling mid March and I'm stumped on one day, want to give me your thoughts? Monday wanting to visit AK/HS. Was hoping to open HS at rope drop, being there at least an hour early and rope drop SD then Rise of the Resistance. We wanted to use LL at HS then during the day: Runaway Railway, Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror. Spend a good part of the day at HS then head to AK and ride the safari, Everest and head to Flight of Passage right before the park closes. I'm afraid because it's spring break LL won't be available at HS until later in the day. Thoughts? Better strategy? We are staying onsite and will book LL 7 days ahead, which puts me 8 days prior due to when we arrive.

I think you may end up with a longer wait at Rise if you rope drop SD first. When I've rope dropped Rise during early entry, the line got long really fast. But others may have more experience with Rise wait times.

I would probably use a prebook LL for SD, if you're able to get a time that's not too late in the day. Then you could focus on just rope dropping Rise.

In my experience, there has usually been LL available for Runaway Railroad the day of when I'm booking additional LL past my first 3.

I was recently there during Presidents Day, which had busy crowds. On different days I was able to book Runaway Railroad and Everest the day of. Both of them I initially got times around 3/4 pm. But I was able to move them to 11 am/12 pm after spending about 10 minutes refreshing times in the app.

But it will definitely depend on what rides are most important to you. I hope you have a wonderful trip !

Keep an eye on what time the last safari runs. We saved it once and on our day it stopped running almost 2 hours before park close so we missed it.

Have you done Rise before? Could you use the single rider line to save time? Just a thought.
