LL strategy spring break?

Traveling mid March and I'm stumped on one day, want to give me your thoughts? Monday wanting to visit AK/HS. Was hoping to open HS at rope drop, being there at least an hour early and rope drop SD then Rise of the Resistance. We wanted to use LL at HS then during the day: Runaway Railway, Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror. Spend a good part of the day at HS then head to AK and ride the safari, Everest and head to Flight of Passage right before the park closes. I'm afraid because it's spring break LL won't be available at HS until later in the day. Thoughts? Better strategy? We are staying onsite and will book LL 7 days ahead, which puts me 8 days prior due to when we arrive.
