LL Premier Pass is here!

One usual idea is to book a stay an extra couple of days to see it all without making the whole thing unpleasant. That has its own costs of course in the room, tickets and the food etc etc etc. If you are Disney however its kind of a win-win. The customers that get these likely do it so they dont have to book those extra days. So in a case like this the customer is spending the same amount of money. Disney is making the same amount of money. However, Disney also gets the room for an extra couple days to rent out to someone else... making even more money.

That is certainly an over generalization but the expected rationale. But it only works for those staying on property. But then that is the target audience.
As a self-employed person who only brings in income to my business when I am physically there and working, the idea of adding on a few more days to my trip means it costs me more in hotel, park tickets and in lost income by being away from my office. For me, it would be overall less expensive to take a shorter trip with LLPP than to extend my trip to fit it all in without LLPP. We certainly would not purchase it everyday, but it beats the cost of a VIP tour (we have done several VIP tours, for the reasons stated above). And since I am the planner and the person in my phone all day booking and modifying LLs, I would be happy just to be more present on a day or two of our vacation.

For 2025, does Disney have set prices for the LLPP or will it go up like ticket pricing does?
Interestingly, at DL, the price for LLPP is currently $400 (can use in both parks on the same day for this price, if you have a PH ticket). After 1/1/25, it says the pricing will be dynamic, between $300-400/day/person. In a strange Disney twist, the price MAY go down from the current price…. If that actually happens, I will be booking a flight and taking advantage! WDW is a different thing altogether, so who knows. I think it will depend on how many people buy it, and if there is a price point that seems to be a ceiling to sales of LLPP.

Very interesting.

If a higher percentage of DLR visitors are APs or otherwise frequent visitors, the LLPP may be less appealing, even if it’s objectively superior to the value of almost all LLPPs at WDW. Also, as someone who uses LLMP at DLR, it works easier/better (because there are more A tier rides) so you can do almost everything without refreshing a lot…though crisscrossing the parks can get tiring.

Day one of LLPP, Epcot.
Yesterday we used LLPP at Epcot.
Arrived around 2:30pm after a leisurely resort morning, finished at 8pm.
Rode everything we wanted, as we got to it. No crisscrossing or backtracking, started at the IG and turned towards the UK, then along the Land side, across to SE, over to Guardians, then back up that side and around the Mexico direction back to the IG, saving Rat for last.
Stopped for breaks and snacks when we wanted, including waiting in a longer-than-we-would-have-usually-waited line at the Canada booth for soup and filet, and a 20min break in the DVC lounge after riding Figment. Had wings at Odyssey since they had lots of seating.
Only rides we skipped were the Pixar shorts, Turtle Talk and Mission Space, but that was because we didn't want to do them rather than of any LL-related reasons.
Only Figment was really a walk-on, everywhere else we saved 20+ minutes.
Very happy with the experience, especially because the cost meant DH was willing to stay a little longer than usual to make the most of it.
Looking forward to trying it at MK later today.

Yeeeshhh... MK LLPP for 12/4 is $419!!! A non-party day during the holidays, I knew it would be expensive but ouch.

On the one hand - YIKES!!!!
On the other hand - maybe that will deter a lot of people from purchasing and we will be able to snag a couple.

How did using PP at MK go? It looked like a very busy day from wait times.

Well you missed it by 1 day. On 12/5 it drops to $379 and is the same for 12/6.

It has not sold out a single day since the pilot launched on October 30th. Your odds look good that you will get a chance to try LLPP and please report back.

I am doing this on the 21st at Epcot. I wanted to just try it and HS was too high the days I would want it. We have a lounge reservation and moonlight magic that night, so this will be an easy way to get through Epcot with no criss crossing and not worrying about dining and lounge time. I know it's a ridiculous thing to do, but wanted to see what it was like.

I don't think it is ridiculous at all and I can't wait to try in during our Feb trip. I am just trying to decide which parks I want to purchase it for....but I have plenty of time to figure that out. I am just not thinking of it as paying XXX extra dollars per day - I am just going to factor it into the overall cost of our already expensive trip and forget about it LOL

I know, I checked and saw the price lowered! 😂 But that day it's just me and my husband (everyone else arriving later that day) so we aren't making everyone else spend the money, just us! It's going to be kind of a marathon day - we will get there at opening and see how long we are there while we go on (mostly) everything! Our goal is to be back at AKL by 3 pm.

All of us are also going to buy for one Epcot day.

I will report back on both experiences if we are able to get the passes!

I want to read reports of it on very busy days. Everyone has a reason to buy or not, not stupid at all.

When Genie+ was new I purchased it for Magic Kingdom just so I could play with it and see how many rides I could stack up for the evening. We didn't even go to MK that day. That wasn't anywhere near the price of PP but it was definitely ridiculous. 8-)

We will be at EPCOT before hoping to AK for MM as well. Are you able to make a reservation for the EPCOT member lounge now? Or is there a different lounge I’m not thinking of?

Just back from a week trip where we utilized LLPP in MK (11/9), EP, (11/11) & HS (11/12). It was fantastic & we really didn't need the extra day we had in each HS & MK (with LLMP). Next trip we'll likely just cut out those extra Park days & have more resort days. Really hopes this sticks around long-term!

It will be interesting to see as time goes by, how much they increase the price of this pass.

Thanks! I mean like someone who got there at opening and just started riding the rides without stopping, wandering around, doing other stuff. I'm just curious how long it would actually take to get done. I know most would never use this way, I just figured one of the vloggers who live near the parks may try to do that! 😂
I watched a guy on Youtube that started at RD and ended around 3:00 pm at MK. He skipped lunch and had a headache by the end of the video but it was helpful to see him go from ride to ride using the LLPP. On some rides he did have to wait in the LLMP line with everybody else. I was wondering about that...if the park is really crowded even with a LLPP, you may still be waiting in line with those that booked LLMP...hmmm. HTH.

You don’t get to skip ahead of Multi-Pass people though right? You just get to get in line with them whenever you want, you don’t have to schedule? (which definitely has its extra time saving perks, but just wanting to clarify how it works)

Correct. You just use the LL entrance and wait with any LL guests already in line. No scheduling, just walk up and scan at the LL tap point. Your attraction tile in your MDE LLPP list will have Green Check-mark to indicate you used your LLPP.
