LL Bean Flagship store

We're heading up to Maine for the day, middle of next month. Our main goal is to hit up LL Bean. I'm looking for some winter boots. I heard there's an outlet store too. Is it close to the big store? What else will I find in the area? Good recommenations for lunch?

I was there in June. The actual store is like a campus. There is a large store and then a few smaller ones in the same parking lot. The outlet is across the street with other stores like Old Navy, Northface etc. The outlet was small but they did have some good deals. We ate lunch on Peak's Island near Portland so I don't know abut that. LL Bean did have 2 places to eat inside the store. One I believe was more of a coffee place though. Linda Bean's restaurant across the street from the main campus is nice.

There's also a nice little place down the hill behind the LLBean outlet store. I can't think of the name of it but it's a red and black small building.

Not lunch, but for breakfast, you could stop in Scarborough or Portland and visit Holy Donuts. Hopefully, they still have their wild blueberry donuts.
