Wednesday we are going to AK. Should we purchase a LL for the pandora ride and if so when can we buy them? Thx!

If you are talking about Flight of Passage, I would think buying ILL$ would save you a good bit of time standing in line. They can only be purchased day of your visit to AK. If staying at an onsite Disney resort, you can (and should for availability) purchase at 7am. If you are staying offsite, you have to wait until park opening to purchase.

Regarding Flight of Passage, if you don't make it as one of the firsts at rope drop, expect to wait a lonnng time. The line for this takes forever. There is even a freaking bathroom mid queue! We went before Genie+ was a thing and I would have totally considered purchasing the lightning lane

Another option is riding end of day. We were there 2 weeks ago and did not purchase ILL$. Arrived at AK mid-afternoon and got in line for FoP just before park close. I would guess our wait was around 30 mins.

If this is something you really want to do, and you're not at AK often, it's probably worth it to spend the extra dollars and purchase ILL. You can select a time window and it will make planning the rest of your day easier. And if you're still in the park late in the day and the standby line is down to 30 minutes, you can always ride again through standby!

If its this week then yes..buy LL right at 7AM.. Disney is crazy busy right now
