LL and ride goes down?

Hey there!
If i have a LL booked and the ride goes down, do they still give a magical experience pass? If so, is my LL still good for the ride or will i need to rebook? How does that affect my rebook window on genie+?

They will give you a multi experience pass that is good for use at one attraction from a list. It should include the ride that went down so you can wait for it to come back up or use it on a different ride. If that was the last ride you booked, the moment it turns into a multi experience you will be able to make another reservation.

Thanks! It didn’t keep my original booking. It just went straight to the experience pass and the original booking went away
