I've been pretty good with food this week. Unfortunately the weekend is coming and I always end up eating more when DH is home.
I've been taking long walks with the kids to get ready for all the walking we are going to do at Disney. DS still rides in the stroller which is good because he walks sooooo slow. Tomorrow is Fri so I will find out if I lost any more lbs.

So far this is the eating plan that I've come up with.
OK, I'll post another when I get to 180. Hopefully, I will be able to see a difference then.
