Have any of the forum's readers put their DVC property into a Living Trust?

We are Michigan residents and own at BWV, VB, and HH. When discussing estate planning with our lawyer, he said that having the Florida and South Carolina DVC deeds would complicate probate when we die and cause added costs / time to settle the estates. He recommended that we consider putting the DVC into a Living Trust.

I'd be interested in any experiences other DVC members have had on estate planning for DVC properties.

How about just putting your kids or grandchildren on the deeds and bypass probate in this manner? I would think that the heirs would have a very complicated time deciding how to split up the points. Just an opinion.

The ownership of our DVC is in a Living Trust. We title all our property in such a manner.
