Living Seas Status

Is the living seas open right now or closed? I know they are constructing a new Nemo attraction when will that be open?

The living seas is opened, you have to walk in through the gift shop not the front enterance with the movie. You walk directly in and they have the aquarium and Turtle Talk and the kidcot station open. The main thing you don't get to do is watch the movie at the beginning and ride the elevator (which didn't really work anyway I think).

There has been a lot of talk of the opening of the new Nemo ride. The last issue of Vacation Magic (quarterly DVC publication) says you will be able to see the new ride beginning in October. I would assume that means there will be DVC and Passholder previews in October. Soft opening will follow in November with an official opening in Dec.
